Horsemanship through communication

Horsemanship requires good communication. This is so often overlooked. Horse and human have to understand each other. I'd like to create a forum to honor this concept and explore the many ways people teach and explain horsemanship.

I also want to explore the many ways to gain the horse's attention and to start and maintain the dialogue between horse and human.

We are now off and running. I welcome any ones ideas and information. I hope to keep this positive and create dynamic, forward moving thought and conversation that results in better understanding for horse and human alike. Let's make it better for the horses and it will be better for us.
It can be said best from the horses point of view about us, he knows when you know and he knows when you don't.

What do you think? At the Lucky 2 Ranch, where I have coined the term, "Equimersion"
we practice communication as the basic foundation of good horsemanship.
